I only get on this account maybe once or twice a month, if I'm very bored, which I am because I'm waiting for my potion to brew on Pottermore.

Catch me losing faith in the justice system.
From the beginning it has been perfectly clear that Casey Anthony is guilty. That woman killed her child and for what? So she could party more often.
This woman voluntarily had sex and produced a child. If she did not want that child, there were other options. Of course one would say abortion. More humane to end a life before it begins. Adoption. How many people have no children that would have been thrilled to give that child a home? At any point in that baby's life she could have done this. Then there's the grandparents. Why did she have to do this?

Two days ago, I logged onto Facebook to find my friend tagged in a picture that said "R.I.P" beneath it. My immediate reaction was "Wow... that's a pretty weird joke to pull. She'll probably find it funny." How was I supposed to know that it wasn't a joke? I had just spoken to her a few hours earlier...
It wasn't. I read the news reports this morning.
